The "Battery-Powered Water Level Web Observation System" can be easily installed on a single pipe using dry batteries. It automatically sends measurement data to a server in CSV format via email, registers it in a database, and automatically generates graphs and CSV files for web publication. Observation and monitoring data can be shared among stakeholders through the web.
